Treating the Whole Family
Naturopathic Physicians are trained in family care – and I value the opportunity to treat men’s, women’s, and children’s health. Whether it’s an acute situation like colds and flu, or a long-standing concern that requires more care, naturopathic medicine provides safe and effective treatment options.
Some examples of conditions I treat:
Digestive concerns (see below)
Skin conditions (eg. acne, eczema)
Fatigue (eg. iron deficiency, hypothyroid, unexplained fatigue)
Anxiety & depression
Asthma & seasonal allergies
Auto-immune disorders
Cardiovascular health
Restoring Digestive Health
The root cause of many health concerns goes back to a well-functioning digestive system. Often misdiagnosed or poorly managed, digestive wellness is something I’m passionate about – it impacts our mood, energy, immune function, skin, hormones and long-term health.
Some examples of conditions I treat:
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO)
GERD
Crohns & Colitis
Creating Hormonal Balance
Hormones are complex! And when they need support, it can lead to a variety of symptoms. My goal is to simplify the confusion and educate my patients about their hormones through proper testing and treatment. This includes thyroid, sex hormones, adrenals, and blood sugar regulation. I am also passionate about helping teens navigate their own hormonal changes as too often their choices are limited to a prescription.
Some examples of conditions I treat:
Fertility concerns & postpartum care
Irregular menses & PMS
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
Menopausal symptoms
Thyroid disorders
Stress-induced hormonal changes
